Rihanna to Release New Music for Upcoming 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' Film This Friday

The wait might just be finally over for new music from Rihanna. The Barbadian artist has long been rumored to release a new album, however, Rihanna never publically confirmed, always keeping her fans on her toes and admitting that new music will be here imminently.

Marvel has now taken to Twitter to reveal that Rihanna will be dropping a new track for its upcoming and highly anticipated film, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Earlier this month, Hypebeast reported that Rihanna had supposedly recorded two new tracks for the film. Rihanna last released her most recent studio and eighth album Anti in 2016.

The teaser video shared by Marvel shows the Wakanda Forever title transitioning to an “R” graphic with the date October 28th, 2022. The announcement comes just weeks before the film hits theaters on November 11. Take a look at the announcement below.
