Hot off the heels of rolling out an Air Max 97 collection with Nike inspired by nomadic lifestyles, COMME des GARÇONS is throwing itself right back into the sneaker spotlight. This time around, it is reuniting with outdoor sportswear company Salomon to lend its insight to a duo of Pulsar makeups.
Much like many of the footwear team-ups that we see pushed out by CDG, this two-pronged pack features monochromatic “Triple White” and “Triple Black” palettes. The uppers of both pairs are equipped with Anti-debris mesh and Matryx® textile materials that form the top half. Standard Quicklace systems are implemented for easy tightening and Salomon branding is stamped to the lateral regions of the heels and across the back parts of the inserts. Down below, the soles are constructed with a chunky platform unit that comes loaded up with Energy Foam, and it’s styled to match the base layer.
You can check out a closer look at the installments above and note that they are available to cop now via Dover Street Market for $490 USD a piece.
