Hypebeast and National Geographic invite you to an immersive installation at HBX New York. Open now through October 10, HBX New York is displaying ocean-inspired installs, soundscapes and National Geographic’s latest lifestyle collection in-store, transporting fans to hypnotic landscapes reinterpreting the world’s polar and aquatic ecosystems. A custom zine and lookbook on display, made in collaboration with Hypebeast and National Geographic, chronicles the collection’s aim to encourage everyday explorers to find new adventures in their backyard and beyond.

HBX’s multi-sensory, walk-through experience presents visual projections, sculptures and abstract soundscapes inspired by National Geographic’s lifestyle collection. A collection with purpose, every purchase from the National Geographic lifestyle collection helps support the global nonprofit National Geographic Society in its work to protect and illuminate our world through exploration, research and education. Within the space, guests can scan a QR code directing them to NatGeo.com/info to learn more.

The installation houses interactive visual vignettes and audio renderings of aquatic biomes and fascinating organisms native to these environments. Guests can browse a custom zine as they walk through the space, detailing the collection’s mission to equip modern-day adventures with utility-centric, on-trend styles. Through this experiential lens, elements of fashion, art, literature and audio reveal insights into the ocean’s mysterious depths — spanning distant glacier formations and aquatic wildlife, like penguins, octopuses and more. The all-new clothing range provides versatile street and sport appeal; several pieces housed in the collection showcase textured and vibrant overlays depicting faraway seascapes.

Select pieces from the collection are available to shop and browse in-store at HBX New York and online. Fans of National Geographic can also shop the collection on shopNatGeo.com and in-person at select stores throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, the Disney Springs® area, Disneyland® Resort and Downtown Disney® District.
