Every Item Dropping From Balenciaga's adidas Spring 2023 Collection

Balenciaga can’t stay away from the headlines, and it’s not going anywhere as the Demna-helmed French house has just unveiled its full collaborative collection with adidas. First seen during its Spring 2023 runway show that took over the New York Stock Exchange, this new offering differs ever so slightly from what was originally released back in May, opting to deliver a more comprehensive selection of runway-debuted garments and accessories alongside some previously-seen pieces.
The unveiling came as no surprise, as O Yeong-Su of Squid Game fame was recently styled in the collection for his feature in Arena Homme+ Korea. Today, we get a closer look at the pieces — now off the runway.
While the divisive Destroyed Stan Smith is not on offer, pieces like adidas’ take on the Balenciaga Triple S sneaker in black and neoprene Three Stripe-wearing sock heels are. Likewise, Balenciaga’s Speed sneaker is back, while track pants that have heels incorporated into the legs are perhaps the most daring footwear choices arriving.
Equally eye-catching numbers include the premium creased leather backpack that’s adorned with collaborative branding, a small flap bag, and the dual-branded Hourglass bag. Three Stripes become a reoccurring motif throughout, gracing the arms of a bomber jacket, the seam of jeans (matching the denim trucker jacket), tracksuit ensembles, cycling jerseys, and hoodies. Rounding out the drop is a blue cotton cap and a water bottle finished with tonal black branding, as well as a pair of gold-toned Trefoil earrings.
