'The Batman' Offers a More Extensive Look at Its Funeral Scene
The first full clip to come from the film.
With The Batman inching ever closer, Warner Bros. and DC Comics have been releasing a whole myriad of trailers for the upcoming reboot of the Dark Knight, but now a fan has discovered the first full clip from the upcoming film revolving around the funeral scene that has appeared in previous teasers.
The almost three-minute clip was found by YouTuber Mario Z in the form of an ad when browsing the Internet and follows Robert Pattinson‘s Bruce Wayne as he attends the funeral of a fallen Gotham City law enforcement officer or some form of government official. As he settles down, Jeffrey Wright’s Detective Gordon can be heard speaking to another policeman about the disappearance of one of his colleagues before a car suddenly comes crashing through the pews of the church. The missing person then steps out of the vehicle with a bomb locked around his neck and a message to the Batman.
Check out the full clip above while you wait for The Batman to hit theaters on March 4.
