Nike Gives the Air Max Plus a "Cordura" Treatment
Featuring a gold to black gradient overlay.

Nike adds a new iteration to the Air Max Plus roster which utilizes a water-resistant “Cordura” fabric. The latest shoe follows suit with other silhouettes receiving the same treatment such as the Air Max 90 “Surplus Pack” crafted in “Desert,” “Cargo Khaki” and “Black” colorways and the Air Force 1 in “Cargo Khaki.”
Aside from the heavy-duty fabric, the design utilizes a black mesh base with a gradient cage overlay going from gold to black. Gold details hit the eyestays and black leather embellishments decorate the tongue tab, bottom overlay and heel counter. A “Cordura” brand tag sits over the lateral midsole which contains the gold to black gradient by the arches and houses Air units over a black outsole.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Cordura” is set to release in the coming weeks at select retailers and the brand’s website.
