ASICS’ Spotlights the GEL-1130’s Versatility With Latest Campaign

Taking notes from the GEL-1000 series and the epochal GEL-KAYANO 14, ASICS readies the release of its latest GEL-1130, and in-turn highlights the sneaker’s unrivaled versatility.
Built on a foundation of performance and innovation with a fashion-forward design, the GEL-1130 — which debuted last month in “Pure Gold” and “Polar Shade” — fuses historic designs with a modern, street-ready aesthetic.
To spotlight its versatility, ASICS linked up with two diverse creatives — New York-based On Lunch Break and Tokyo’s Sabukaru — who each highlighted how the GEL-1130 effortlessly slots into each group’s unique style, with two lookbooks.
Dressed in an OG-inspired colorway of “White/Electric Red”, the GEL-1130 is available in eight iterations in total. The GEL-1130 is available to buy now via the ASICS webstore, retailing at $110 USD.
