Real Madrid’s 2021/22 Third Kit Is An Ode To City’s Most Iconic Attraction
An all-over compass print inspired by Puerta del Sol.

Following the Plaza de Cibeles home and Malasaña-inspired away jerseys, adidas continues to celebrate the city’s main attractions with the unveiling of Real Madrid’s 2021/22 third kit referencing Puerta del Sol city square.
The kit translates the compass found on the Kilometre Zero plaque in Madrid — which displays the starting point for all roads in Spain — into an all-over print graphic. Arriving in a “Blast Emerald” colorway inspired by bold jersey designs of the ‘90s, the shirt is rounded off with a stripped back club crest boasting a monochrome palette, marking the first time the team badge has been altered to this degree.
Incorporating HEAT.RDY – KEEP COOL, adidas’ latest in temperature control innovation, the replica jersey also offers similar dry benefits for everyday wearers with its AEROREADY – FEEL READY technology. Keeping to the brand’s sustainability commitment, the kit is crafted using its high-performance and recycled PRIMEGREEN materials.
Real Madrid’s 2021/22 third kit as well as a full lifestyle range launches on September 17 online, at select adidas retailers and the team’s club stores.
