Montblanc Welcomes New Ambassadors Cillian Murphy And Peggy Gou With Ultrablack Collection
New monochrome limited edition 1858 Geosphere features a distressed steel case.
Montblanc has dropped the new Ultrablack collection to celebrate signing new brand ambassadors, Peaky Blinders star Cillian Murphy and South Korean DJ and record label founder, Peggy Gou.
The Ultrablack Collection includes a new monochrome colorway of the 1858 Geosphere as well as a Summit smartwatch, leather goods, writing instruments, stationary and accessories.
“Montblanc encourages and fosters creativity in all its forms with tools for imagination and storytelling, giving creative minds a way to leave their mark,” said Murphy, who is pictured wearing the watch in the campaign images. “I am delighted to be partnering with Montblanc to inspire others to do what is most meaningful to them, to do what ultimately moves them.”
Limited to 858 pieces, the 1858 Geosphere Ultrablack Limited Edition combines black, white and metal finishes for a unique take on Montblanc’s novel worldtime complication, which indicates the time anywhere on the globe by way of rotating Northern and Southern Hemispheres on the dial.
The new piece is housed in a distinctive, distressed 42mm stainless steel case.\
Murphy and Gou join other Montblanc Mark Makers including Spike Lee, Taron Egerton, Chen Kun and Xin Zhi Lei as part of its What Moves You, Makes You campaign.
The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Ultrablack Limited Edition is available now via Montblanc, priced $6,900 USD.
