Fall-Inspired Hues Dress Up the Air Jordan 1 Mid "Hemp"
Releasing stateside in September.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid has been super active all-year round as it’s been proffered up in an array of GR colorways. And as we head into Fall, Jordan Brand is making sure to craft the silhouette in a color palette that aligns with the seasonal change: the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Hemp”.
In terms of its visual composition, this newest variation leans on a collection of neutral tones for styling. The uppers are formed with the traditional smooth leather constructions and call upon a crisp white hue to take over most of the ground and cover the toe boxes, tongues, laces, collars, ball-and-wings logos and quarter panels. Neighboring this are “Hemp” overlays, Swooshes, and Jumpman branding atop the tongues. Given the nature of its color-blocking, this pair somewhat channels the look of the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Milan” that was unveiled back in February 2020. Its lower half is designed with angelically-finished midsoles along with gum bottoms to complete its lifestyle-centric look.
While these have already dropped in Asia, a stateside release is expected to go down on September 3 via Nike and other retailers. Retail will be the usual $120 USD.
