Official Images of the Air Jordan 4 "Shimmer"

Official images of Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 4 “Shimmer” have been revealed. First debuted as part of the Jumpman’s fall 2021 Air Jordan retro collection, the “Shimmer” is a women’s-sized style inspired by makeup — with a look that combines a little Off-White™ x Air Jordan 4 “Sail” and a little Hender Scheme.
A neutral tan tone inspired by various makeup palettes graces the nubuck upper, contrasted by semi-translucent wings and eyestays. The Air Jordan 4‘s signature mesh netting is done up in white on the quarter and throat alike, while the tongue features an electroplated Jumpman logo that provides a nod to the small mirrors often found in makeup sets. Another Jumpman is placed below the heel tab, and, like the wings, it takes on a translucent shade. White collar lining completes the top half. Down below, EVA midsoles mix a darker tan tone with white. This duo of shades surrounds a gray heel Air Max unit, with a final touch of translucent detailing on the outsole rounding off the look.
Early reports have the Air Jordan 4 “Shimmer” releasing on September 3, but this news has yet to be officially confirmed by the Jumpman. Early pairs are also available now via GOAT. The “Shimmer” will likely be priced at $190 USD.
