Running label Satisfy has returned with a new collection inspired by Sonic Youth. This capsule is driven by a shared ethos between the brand and the legendary New York band, particularly a “dedication to authenticity in cultural and artistic production.”
Throughout the collection, classic Sonic Youth imagery is added on to performance gear produced using Satisfy fabric technologies. This includes the band’s iconic Goo album cover, a version of which features on a running vest, as well as the logo that adorned 1992’s Sonic Life and one of the brands logos, both of which appear on Satisfy’s signature Moth Eaten T-shirts.
To coincide with the launch, Satisfy has partnered with Unified Goods. The London-based vintage specialist has curated a selection of rare vintage Sonic Youth memorabilia and merchandise will be available browsing and purchase alongside the collaborative Sonic Youth x Satisfy running gear.
The Sonic Youth x Satisfy collection is available now from the Satisfy web store.
