Available in two editions, the first is the standard version which is limited to 100 examples and features the automatic P.9100 calibre from Panerai. The hulking 47mm watch’s movement has 37 jewels, a Glucydur balance, an Incabloc anti-shock device, and thanks to its two-barrel design, has a power reserve of three days.
Other details include a sandblasted titanium case, small seconds, and chronograph flyback function. The second edition of this watch is the Submersible Chrono Flyback Jimmy Chin Xperience Edition. As the name suggests, this is a more limited version of the aforementioned watch but with a special “experience” tied to it. This watch houses the same movement but cosmetically is made with matte black DLC-coated titanium. Limited to 14 examples, this watch comes with a full trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where Jimmy Chin himself will take you to his favorite spots for climbing, wakeboarding, and wilderness photography.
Both of the watches’ case backs feature a commemorative engraving with a set of skis, a mountain range, and the American flag. The standard version will run you $19,400 USD while the Xperience Edition doubles that at $41,500 USD. Those interested can head over to Panerai for further info.
