The resurgence of the Dunk is definitely not one that OG sneakerheads could have predicted, but Nike is running with it and going full force with its output of new colorways in the coming months. “Be True to Your School” revivals are among them, and the latest to get unveiled is this Nike Dunk High “Aluminum” for the ladies.

Now while these aren’t officially tied to the University of North CarolinaMichael Jordan‘s alma mater — they boast heavy Tar Heel energy that’s visible from its two-toned color-blocking. Overlays that sit on the forefoot and rear along with the Swooshes are splashed with its titular shading and come paired with angelic finishes that top off the toe boxes, quarters and collars. Tongues and laces proffer up more white contrasts while additional baby blue hits see their way to the tongue branding, interior liners and the heel tabs. Sole sections continue its UNC-friendly motif as they are created with white midsoles and “Aluminum” bottoms.

It’s still not certain as to when SNKRS and other retailers will be dropping them, but early reports are saying that these could see a retail drop on August 3 for $110 USD.
