adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 To Release in "Mauve"
A familiar colorway from the YEEZY 700 line arrives on an alternate model.

Kanye West and adidas‘ YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 is set to release in a familiar “Mauve” colorway. Originally debuting on a YEEZY BOOST 700 back in October 2018, “Mauve” is an earthy color scheme that’s in line with adidas YEEZY‘s slate of muted releases from the late 2010s, and here it’s even more low-key than it was on its 2018 debut.
The shoe’s top half is built from a brown mesh, which is overlaid with gray suede and embellished with a tonal, abstract Three Stripe graphic on the midfoot. Rope laces provided flecked flair, and midsoles are done up entirely in brown — a divergence from the above-mentioned YEEZY BOOST 700, which added dashes of neon yellow. These thick and chunky midsoles conceal a full-length BOOST cushioning setup, and the look is finalized by classic gum outsoles.
A release date for the adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Mauve” has yet to be announced, but early reports place it at sometime in August — potentially as part of the forthcoming YEEZY Day festivities. The MSRP will be set at a standard $240 USD. If you don’t want to wait, you can snag a pair now at GOAT.
