Bravur Celebrates the Tour de France With Its Latest Chronograph
The second in a series of three cycling-themed chronographs.
Shortly after the release of its La Corsa Rosa chronograph honoring the Giro d’Italia back in May, Swedish luxury microbrand Bravur has now followed up with its second timepiece in anticipation of the Tour de France coming later this week.
Named the La Grande Boucle, the new timepiece is the second in a series of three Grand Tour chronographs celebrating the cycling world, this time paying tribute to the iconic French race. Encased within a 38mm stainless steel case are the colors of the race, with a polka-dotted green dial reflecting both the mountains and sprinters jersey while the yellow accents harken back to the victorious yellow jersey. Three white subdials then strike a brilliant contrast with greater legibility. Powering the timepiece itself is the Sellita SW511b automatic movement, coming with a power reserve of 62 hours.
For the cycling fans out there, Bravur’s La Grande Boucle chronograph will launch on June 26, limited to just 50 pieces made and coming at a price of $2,450 USD. Learn more over on the watchmaker’s website.
