BAIT and the Japanese superhero franchise One-Punch Man have a longstanding relationship comprising two previous collaborations, but now the duo is back together — enlisting adidas Originals to come together on the Montreal 76 silhouette.

One-Punch Man tells the story of Saitama, the yellow and red-clad superhero who, in a single punch, can defeat anyone yet is at the same time tired of being able to do such a thing. Now, the character’s colors inform a three-way collaboration on the adidas Originals Montreal 76, which updates the smooth suede uppers in golden-yellow and pinkish-red hues.

There are a number of cues that reference both BAIT and One-Punch Man, with the Three Stripes appearing next to OG adidas gold-stamped lettering that actually reads off BAIT’s moniker alongside Japanese writing. The tongue features a logo that combines adidas and BAIT’s monikers with a depiction of Saitama, which is reflected on the heels as one features adidas’ Trefoil logo and the other combines Saitama’s face with BAIT’s name.

On the high-tread heels (which are finished in a contrasting shade of brilliant white), One-Punch Man has been printed in red, wrapping around the heel. Rounding out the shoe are the One-Punch Man and Saitama-printed insoles, while accompanying the drop is a matching hoodie in yellow and a white T-shirt.

To get your hands on the BAIT x One-Punch Man x adidas Originals Montreal 76, head over to BAIT’s website now to sign up for the raffle which gives you a chance to cop the shoes when they release on June 30 for $120 USD. The sneaker will also release at BAIT US Chapter stores on a first-come-first-serve basis.
