Capcom Teams up With Cocalero for 'Resident Evil'-Themed Herbal Spirit
To promote the franchise’s upcoming Netflix series.
Capcom has teamed up with Cocalero for an official Resident Evil-branded (Biohazard with this Japan-based release) herbal spirit.
The collaboration is part of Capcom’s efforts to promote the franchise’s upcoming Netflix series Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. For those who aren’t familiar with Cocalero, it’s a rich concoction of 17 botanicals. Some of these ingredients include guarana, ginseng, juniper and coca, to mention a few. The drink is made in Ireland, but it’s inspired by Incan spirits, and its largest following is in Japan.
No official release dates have been revealed, but Capcom and Cocalero’s Resident Evil-themed spirit is expected to land on Cocalero’s website in July — prices have yet to be confirmed.
