Reebok Answer IV Receives Fiery "Team Purple" Colorway
One of the more colorful takes on the Iverson classic.
Reebok‘s popular Answer IV silhouette has been given a fiery new colorway. “Team Purple,” decorated with “Victory Red” flames, is the latest addition to the footwear label’s Spring/Summer 2021 lineup.
Starting at the top of the shoe is “Reebok” branding subtly debossed over the black tongue. Below this is a small velcro strap, etched with the words “CRU THIK,” that gets placed over the shoe’s center zippers. Complementing the sneaker’s black leather upper quarters is a curved purple strip that starts from the heel and expands towards the forefoot. “Victory Red” flames cover the toebox, while Iverson’s “I3” logo appears near the midsection. An articulated midsole equipped with DMX cushioning technology rounds off the shoe’s bold design.
The Reebok Answer IV “Team Purple” is currently available on Reebok Japan’s website for ¥19,800 JPY (approximately $182 USD).
