Cult Japanese brand Wasted Youth, founded by Verdy, has often been synonymous with offering fresh design renditions inspired by the ’70s punk era. Together, the two brands have crossed paths to pay homage to the ideals of freedom and rebellion with the new Levi’s x Wasted Youth 501 ‘93 Straight, created exclusively by Verdy.
The pair of jean takes design cues from Tokyo street style and skateboarding and punk culture, featuring detailed red-zig stitching on the waist and coin pocket and the embroidered phrase, “Don’t Bother Me Anymore.” As a nod to the punk aesthetic, a D-ring is attached to the front right belt loop, in addition to a co-branded collaborative backpatch which sees Levi’s iconic Two Horse pull and Wasted Youth logo combine.
Only 501 pairs of the Levi’s x Wasted Youth 501 ‘93 Straight is available globally. Check out Levi’s for more information.
