A Closer Look at G-SHOCK's Latest Timepiece, Which Balances Luxury with Utility
Introducing the first-ever model in its premium Full Metal Series with a rose gold finish.

The latest addition to G-SHOCK‘s Full Metal Series is the GMWB5000GD-4, a stunning watch that features a rose gold IP finish without sacrificing the watchmaker’s signature utility. Designed with a tough, yet fashionable exterior, the GMWB5000GD-4 is the first G-SHOCK to be offered in this colorway. With an elegant, rose gold steel case and solid stainless steel band, the model is a subtle way to add a bit of luxury to a spring wardrobe.
As part of G-SHOCK’s premium Full Metal Series, the GMWB5000GD-4 features luxurious upgrades to the classic square case shape and digital display of the brand’s original DW5000C model. To create this watch in full metal, G-SHOCK carefully redesigned its external and internal structure to support the high-strength stainless steel parts. For increased durability and wear resistance, the watch has a screw-lock case back with a diamond-like carbon finish. The GMWB5000GD-4 includes enhanced technical features, such as Bluetooth Connectivity that works with the G-SHOCK Connected app and Multi-Band 6 Atomic Timekeeping for self-adjusting and an accurate display when heading into different timezones. With the sunnier days of Spring/Summer season ahead, this watch boasts a high contrast STN-LCD digital display so it’s easy to read while outside and Tough Solar Technology to allow the watch to self-charge, even through low sun exposure.
