Original Theme 'Dragon Ball' and 'Dragon Ball Z' Vinyl Records Are Dropping This Summer
“CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA!”



Dragon Ball is celebrating 35 years since its first anime broadcast with the release of three vinyl records. The three seven-inch records span from the original Dragon Ball series to Dragon Ball Z.
Releasing is the opening theme “Makafushigi Adventure!” by Hiroki Takahashi and ending theme “Romantic Ageru yo” by Ushio Hashimoto, a “TV Manga Dragon Ball Hit Song Collection” LP, and the classic Dragon Ball Z opening theme song “CHA-LA HEAD-CHA-LA” by Hironobu Kageyama and ending theme song “Dettekoi Tobikiri Zenkai Power!” by MANNA. Each album comes with throwback sleeves with colorful artwork and branding.
Priced from ¥2,200 – ¥4,400 JPY (approximately $20 – $40 USD), these records will be released on July 28 to coincide with HMV Shibuya‘s seventh anniversary.
