Ahead of United States intelligence agencies declassifying numerous videos and images related to unidentified aerial phenomena to Congress this June, an ex-Pentagon official has now confirmed the existence of UFOs.

Speaking to the New York Post, Luis Elizondo, former head of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program of the secretive fifth floor of the Pentagon’s C Ring, also noted a government cover-up going. Elizondo claims that the public is being kept from the information as senior Pentagon officials have “religious objections, concerns over tarnishing its own reputation and fears of inciting public panic.”

Going on to say, “some individuals have a problem with this topic because it interferes with their philosophical or maybe theological belief system.” Elizondo also outlined a serious national security risk that comes with the supposed cover-up. “We are behind the power curve… We know that foreign adversaries in other countries are interested in this topic. So there comes a real problem from a national security perspective.”

Head over to the New York Post to read the shocking talk with Luis Elizondo.

In case you missed it, the Pentagon recently confirmed the legitimacy of a leaked UFO video.
