Clarks Originals Dips Its Wallabee Boots in Silicone Rubber

Five months into 2021, and Clarks Originals’ epochal Wallabee has been given countless makeovers already. From natural raffia and indigo cotton, to GORE-TEX covered takes, its versatility makes it the perfect canvas to play with.
Now though, the British footwear brand has turned its attention to the Wallabee Boot for a two-piece online exclusive, each of which boasts a unique hand-dipped silicone rubber finish dubbed: the Dipped Wallabee.
Crafted in Italy, the new-look leather boots arrive in either “Natural/Blue” or “White/Red”, both of which sit atop a darker toned crepe sole. Equipped with leather laces and the traditional hangtags, each take features the brand’s new distinctive dipped silicone effect, alongside an imprint which reads “BA16 0EQ” as a nod to the Clarks Originals Somerset-based HQ.
Available exclusively from the Clarks Originals webstore, each Dipped Wallabee retails at £420 (approximately $580 USD).
