Acne Studios has unveiled its latest Fall/Winter 2021 Face collection. This season, the brand emphasizes the brand’s unique face motif throughout its lookbook, enlisting French bands Nyokô Bokbaë and Faire, as well as a group of environmentalists and a trio of artists to showcase their interpretation of the visage through distinct visual stories.

The collection is set to drop in two folds with the first one heavily inspired by the culture surrounding basketball. The release sees a selection of flannel coach jackets constructed with woven bleached checks, multicolor mesh, and striped ribbing and jersey in various colorways including, pink, navy, yellow, purple, grey melange and bottle green. Sport-inspired jersey tops, sweatpants, hoodies, as well as flannel-printed sneakers are also available for purchase. Within this drop, a rhinestone-embellished face motif patch makes an appearance as embroidered patches on shiny satin, jerseys, fleece and blown-up diamond prints. An updated varsity jacket, overshirt and sweatshirts in subtle cream, beige, black and browns punctuated by jade green highlight the first drop of the FW21 collection.

The second drop sees “Bizarro World Tour” with a stencil-sprayed or washed leather face motif patch. The latter part of the collection focuses on stonewashed cotton pieces such as workwear jackets and trousers that feature twisted logo spellings in an array of hues such as faded peach, bright blue, mandarin orange and the class beige and black. Glossy nylon jerseys and fleece in blush pink and chestnut brown, white and black are also crafted into puffy outerwear, staple tees and shorts, as well as accessories such as oversized tote bags, beanies, gloves, a beach towel and pool slides, rounding out the collection.

The first drop of the FW21 collection is available online at Acne Studios now, while the second drop arrives on July 8. Check out the lookbook above.
