Woolrich Outdoor Label Is Good For the Indoors Too
A foray of garments as ideal for hikes as they are for your sofa.
Woolrich has followed up the launch of its new environmental foundation by unveiling the latest instalment of its contemporary Outdoor Label.
By eliminating waste and excess materials as much as possible, Woolrich’s Spring/Summer 2021 capsule is not only a lesson in outdoor functionality, but a lesson in sustainability too. Although designed pre-dominantly with long-distance hiking in mind, each piece can be worn in the comfort of your own home too thanks to the foray of innovative-but-versatile fabrics.
Taking inspiration from American photographer Eliot Porter, SS21 boasts fabrics like Pertex nylon ripstop and Bring Technology, all of which informs pieces like hoodies and crewneck jumpers, while Tencel fibres made from reclaimed eucalyptus trees further highlight the brand’s sustainable dedication.
Woolrich’s collaboration with GORE-TEX continues with the Mountain Stroll Jacket and the Shirt Jacket thanks to the Infinium line, rounding out the SS21 outerwear.
The full Woolrich Outdoor Label is available to buy now from the brand’s online webstore.
