Belgian Artist VEXX to Release Crypto Cartoon Animations on Nifty Gateway
Including collaborative pieces with acclaimed UK artist MRE.
Vince Okerman, better known as VEXX, is the 22-year-old rising artist and animator from Ghent, Belgium who has amassed thousands of followers on social media for his viral cartoon animations and artworks. VEXX is gearing up to launch his first collection of tokenized digital artworks on Nifty Gateway.
Included in the release are two collaborative pieces with acclaimed UK artist MRE and Infinite Object digital frames for those who purchase his individual pieces of crypto art: TIGER, PEGASUS, DRAGON, or EGO DEATH. The collector who wins the one of one auction for his DOODLEBOB animation will receive the original hand-drawn artwork in a custom frame.
“This whole NFT buzz has been a great experience so far – Not only adding value to content creators & artists but opening doors for collaboration,” said MRE to HYPEBEAST. “When me & VEXX originally spoke about collaborating on a piece for his NIFTY GATEWAY drop - I was gassed. Coming from a 3D background it made sense to open a new door & introduce his work in 3 dimensions. I decided to work with VEXX because of his attention to detail & unique style.”
