A Closer Look at Ronnie Fieg's Debut "8th Street" Collection With Clarks Originals
Set to launch later this week.
After announcing his upcoming collaboration with Clarks Originals last month, KITH founder Ronnie Fieg now gives us a closer look at his “8th Street” collection ahead of its release later this week.
Slated to be an ongoing category between the pair, silhouettes and new colorways are set to be introduced seasonally with the Sandford and Lockhill styles kicking things off this spring.
Fully crafted with premium suede and solid panels across the heel and upper, the Lockhill — arriving in “Solid Antler” or “Blocked Maple/Scarab/Red” — is an athletic approach to a luxury model. Sat atop a perforated suede underlay and a micro-perforated ankle, the sneaker’s sole is made entirely from Clarks Originals’ quintessential crepe.
The Sandford, on the other hand, is driven by a lifestyle approach to luxury. Boasting the same premium micro-perforated suede with solid panelling on the toe wrap, eyestay and ankle, this alternative look arrives in more subtle hues “Maple” or “Scarab”.
The first “8th Street” collection is set to drop on April 16 and will be available via the KITH webstore, retailing at $220 USD.
In other news, Kickers has dropped its unisex Kick Hi “Pastel Pack”.
