Cervélo’s Áspero-5 is Faster, Lighter and The Best It's Ever Looked
Arriving in either “Purple Sunset”, “Five Black” or “Lime Shimmer”.
Canadian cycling manufacturer Cervélo went back to the drawing board when it came to its latest release. Under no illusion that flat out doesn’t stay flat out for long without a helping hand from science, the brand stripped back its Áspero model. The result? Faster, lighter and better looking than ever.
A gravel bike at heart, the Áspero-5 is 32g lighter than its predecessor and boasts artfully hidden cables across the frame and a TrailMixer to ensure the measurements and handling of the bike stays consistent — which is a welcome relief on more unforgiving terrains.
Rounding out the bike is the clever split-spacers under the stem so you don’t have to re-cable your bike to adjust your fit, clearance for 45mm tires, and our new flared handlebar.
Arriving in either “Purple Sunset”, “Five Black” or “Lime Shimmer”, Cervélo’s Áspero-5 retails from $4,300 USD. Find out more about the bike and Cervélo over on its webstore.
