Bill Murray’s Iconic Air Jordan 2s From 'Space Jam' Are Now Up For Auction
The current highest bid is $12,500 USD.

California auction house Julien’s Auctions is offering up an iconic pair of Nike Air Jordan 2 sneakers worn by actor Bill Murray in the original 1996 Space Jam movie.
The size 11 shoes were worn by Murray in a scene where he enters the game and passes the ball to Michael Jordan to score the game-winning shot.
Housed in their original box, the auction also includes a pair of white socks and a red Acme Clothing brand Bugs Bunny and Tasmanian Devil tee worn by Murray underneath his Tune Squad jersey in the film.
The memorabilia is part of Julien’s “Hollywood Legends and Luminaries” auction taking place in Beverly Hills and live online. The current highest bid on the sneakers is $12,500 USD.
The auction comes ahead of the release of Space Jam: A New Legacy, which hits theaters and HBO Max on July 16. The new Warner Bros. film stars LeBron James as the film’s lead alongside Oscar nominee Don Cheadle and “The Walking Dead” actress Sonequa Martin-Green.
