Crafted by Gabby Elan Jewelry in Calabasas, in an Instagram post that shows a close-up of the jewelry being worn, Kim notes, “new opal birthstone grill alert.” The celebration of her birthstone is estimated to have cost her around $5,000 USD. The glimmering set features iridescent opal stones surrounded by pavé diamonds that highlight the intricate shaping required to be set and comfortable in the mouth.
