VASE BY SU Shows "Where the Flowers Go" With Its Latest Exhibition
Taking over the WAREHOUSE gallery.
Returning for 2021, VASE BY SU has put together its first solo exhibition at the WAREHOUSE gallery in Hong Kong. Titled “Where the Flowers Go,” the showing features a mix of past and new works created through artful arrangements of flowers, lush twigs, grass and a variety of other textural botanics.
The new works Botanical Business and Stem Spending references the current state of the economy with fanciful expressions of the infamous “Black Card.” Each crafted flower vase continues VASE BY SU ‘s goal to present a newfound beauty built on familiarity and openness. Faithfully recreated, each card vase features intricate details like the recessed regal frame, logo playfully reimagined, card number, “Member Since” date, expiration date, center motif and “VASEBYSU” as the cardholder name. Filling each card vase is a monochromatic lasting floral arrangement that accurately reflects the “Black Card.”
Take an inside look at VASE BY SU’s “Where the Flowers Go” exhibition at the WAREHOUSE gallery on until March 28, 2021.
