Sotheby's and English Sole Partner Up for 50 Piece "Scarce Air" Auction of Rare Nike and Jordan Sneakers

Sotheby’s has linked up with Chicago sneaker store English Sole and curated a 50 piece auction entitled “Scarce Air”. The astounding assemblage is repleted with some of the rarest kicks ever produced by Nike and Jordan Brand, and includes influences from that of music, entertainment and design.
Perhaps two of the most coveted offerings in this collection are the mismatching Nike Air Yeezy 2s and the Nike Air Force 1s, the former of which are signed by Kanye West, while the latter were made in collaboration with hit TV series Entourage, UNDEFEATED and Fukijama Gold. Three gilded pairs of Air Jordan 9s, Air Jordan 11s and Air Jordan 3s brought to the table, all of which were manufactured for R&B sensation Usher. Elsewhere in the assortment, you’ll be able to bid on Eminem’s Air Jordan 4 “Encore” which comes packaged with a signed Marshall Mathers Shady Records card, the Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 and the Colette x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG.
