Foot Locker and New Balance Kick Off "NB Collective" Initiative With a Duo of 327s
Available now in a black colorway for men and a pink colorway for the ladies.
Foot Locker and New Balance have united to form a new initiative entitled “NB Collective” which is designed to celebrate the creativity of the younger generation. Together, they have launched a duo of collaborative New Balance 327 colorways, one being a neutral-toned version for men while the other is a playful iteration for women.
For the guys, the popular lifestyle silhouette is devised with grayscale hues exclusively, and splits between splits between solid black synthetic and suede materials on the lateral wall while the medial side is backdropped in white. Enlarged “N” logos on the exterior side are formed with angelic leather and the New Balance wording on the interior panel is cloaked in black. Moreover, a slight subtle hint of grey pops out through the rear side overlays of the medial heels.
The release sibling for the women is one of more adventurous styling. “N” logos immediately catch your eye due to their motion like patterns that speak to the Boston imprint’s logo, and feature simple black and white color-blocking. Surrounding these embellishments are synthetic base layers painted with a pastel pink, in addition to suede overlays that come drenched in a mustard yellow at the front, a plum-like purple near the throat and black towards the back end.
An in-depth look at each pair is available above, and note that the capsule is available now via Foot Locker family stores and online here for $90 USD a pop.
For other sneaker news, two Chinese New Year-themed New Balance 574s have been unveiled.
