Chipotle Introduces New Hand-Crafted Quesadilla
The secret menu item is now official.
Long hailed by loyal Chipotle Mexican Grill customers, the secret menu quesadilla is now an official menu item. Serving as the chain’s first customizable entrée in 17 years, the “Hand-Crafted Quesadilla” is available now as a digital menu-only item.
The Hand-Crafted Quesadilla starts with Monterey Jack Cheese and your choice of Chicken, Steak, Carnitas, Barbacoa, Sofritas or Fajita Veggies. Folded between a preservative-free flour tortilla, the quesadilla is then pressed in Chipotle’s custom oven for perfectly melted cheese. Cut and served in 100 percent compostable packaging, you then have a choice of three salsas or sides, including fresh tomato salsa, sour cream or hand-mashed guacamole.
From now until March 11, Chipotle Mexican Grill will be waiving delivery fees for orders with a Hand-Crafted Quesadilla made on its app and website.
