Danish audio specialist Bang & Olufsen continues from its Beolit series adding to its catalog of homeware electronics with the unveiling of its latest innovative speaker design, the Beosound Level. Channeling its Scandinavian background, the speakers come in either a natural oak veneer or a seamless knitted dark grey Kvadrat textile for a sleek look.

Exhibiting the timelessness of Scandi-minimalism, the speaker is designed by Torsten Valeur and boasts the brand’s expertise in aluminum manufacturing using a pearl blasted aluminum frame to enhance its sound. The speaker’s modular design makes for easy user maintenance and increasing longevity. Its sleek, slim-line look and built-in handle ensure portability is at its foundation and, because of this, versatility is of prime importance. With the ability to recess from a wall with a bracket add-on or lie flat on any surface, the speaker possesses an IP54 rating making it dust and splash resistant.

In addition to its design, Bang & Olufsen utilize its high-end electronic know-how for an unmatchable listening experience. Showcasing a powerful five driver setup including two 4” woofers, one 2” full-range driver, two 0.8” tweeters, and low distortion amps delivering 79dB bass capability and 96dB mid-range loudness. Its innovative technology also allows for adaptive sound and acoustic tuning to automatically turn from 180-degrees to 360-degrees depending on the speaker’s placement for a crisp sound wherever you are. Connecting effortlessly with servers such as Spotify, AirPlay and Chromecast, and with a neutral color palette makes the speaker suitable addition for any room in your home.

Bang & Olufsen’s Beosound Level speaker releases today via the brans’s web store and official stockists. The speaker retails for $1,499 USD and its optional wall bracket available from 29 April is going for $119 USD.
