Engineered Garments FW21 Cozies up With Warm Workwear
Heavily-patterned fleece, suits and outerwear.
Never one to play it safe, Engineered Garments doesn’t stray from its functional styling for Fall/Winter 2021. The New York-based brand again mixes up a mélange of tailoring, workwear and sporty shapes, unified by bold patterns, cozy textiles and relaxed cuts.
Anchored by everything from Red Wing boots to On runners to more HOKA ONE ONE Tor shoes, the new lineup is as earthy as ever, as Engineered Garments layers up with a plethora of chocolate wool Interliners, brown bombers, deep grey robes and dark olive quilted outerwear.
Plenty of generously cut parkas, coats and jackets sit above crisp shirting, graphic sweaters and an innumerous selection of patterns that run the gamut from lumberjack plaid to leopard print. For the more apprehensive apparel enthusiast, there’s still plenty to love: versatile militaria appears in muted hues throughout, co-mingling with an approachable range of dark indigo denim jumpsuits and black chore coats, the latter occasionally garnished with a hint of floral embroidery.
NEPENTHES NY’s website, physical store and stockists like HBX will host the FW21 lineup later this year.
Another one of Engineered Garments’ fellow NEPENTHES family members, NEEDLES, recently served up its own FW21 imagery.
