Bremont Limited Edition Marks 150 Years of Rugby Football Union
Armchair referees can also use it to time rugby games.

English watch brand Bremont is celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Rugby Football Union with a limited edition series of stainless steel GMTs.
The RFU 150 GMT watch uses a 4Hz chronometer movement with 42 hour power reserve inside a 43mm stainless steel case.
The watch looks to have been designed with a touring rugby player in mind, resisting not only the impacts found on the field thanks to its movement being housed inside an anti-shock case ring but water resistance down to 500m, a helium escape valve and a GMT hand capable of displaying a second time zone.
The RFU 150’s unidirectional rotating bezel with blue ceramic insert might, at first glance, appear like any standard diving watch bezel but the red markings at the 40-minute mark can be used to time game halves as well as any added minutes, which are picked out in white. While the blue shade is taken from the England rugby team’s alternate kit.
The Henley-on-Thames brand signed a partnership with the RFU last year, producing the Bremont Rose watch to mark the occasion, as well as taking responsibility for all time-related match day content at the home of the RFU, Twickenham Stadium, included branded match clocks.
Just 150 pieces of the RFU 150 will be produced and are available now from Bremont priced at $5,450 USD (£3,995 GBP).
Elsewhere in watches, endurance race winners presented with engraved Rolex Daytonas.
