Take an Official Look at the Nike Air Force 1 Mid "Paris"
Celebrating the 40th-anniversary of the AF1 silhouette.
To celebrate the 40th-anniversary of Bruce Kilgore‘s iconic Air Force 1 silhouette, Nike is releasing a series of limited city-edition pairs. The first to be revealed is an Air Force 1 Mid dedicated to the City of Love.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Paris” comes in cream-tone tumbled leather uppers with Pollen Yellow overlays. Blue and green accents are found on the lateral Swoosh, heel tab, and tongue tag in reference to the city’s many street signs, and “75” is embroidered on the forefoot in connection to the city’s postal code. The metal lace deubré is another ode to the iconic Parisian street plaques, and a closer look reveals triangular perforations on the toe box, most likely referring to the Louvre. A cream midsole and yellow outsole below complete the special-edition pairs.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Paris” is slated to release in Summer 2022 at the Nike website and select retailers.
