Official images have surfaced for Jordan Brand’s new “Cardinal Red” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Low sneaker.

Nike is set to release the GS shoe in early 2022, and reveals that the new edition has a signature red mainstay that covers the collar, lace guard, toe, outer sole and “Swoosh.” The mid-section and toe box are white leather with a white rubber midsole and includes red laces. The back of the sneaker comprises a red leather heel with a gold stitched “Air Jordan Wing” insignia.

Gold detailing also appears in the form of the “Jumpman” logo – placed on the white and red-outlined tongue – and as top stitching on the red leather Swoosh.

Swipe through our profile photos of the new grade school sneaker above, and get ready for the official release on Nike’s website.

In other sneaker news, the Air Jordan 1 “Patent Bred” recently made its debut.
