Following the launch of the signature white GLX-5600KI endorsed by Kanoa Igarashi in 2019, the Japanese-American pro surfer and G-SHOCK return with a second collaborative timepiece of the G-LIDE line for extreme sports.

Based on the GBX-100, the new GBX-100KI-1 offers the trademarks of a tide graph, moon data, and a sunrise/sunset time displayed through an LED-backlit LCD and facilitated by a Mobile Link that pairs with a smartphone. Imbued with Igarashi’s vision, the latest iteration includes an all-black exterior, a graphic of the surfer tube riding a wave gracing the bezel and glass, and the number 50 on the lug side of the band which nods to his participation in the World Surf League Championship Tour.

The limited timepiece is shock-resistant with various textures, including a resin and stainless steel case material adorned with a black ion-plated bezel, a resin band, and mineral glass. Topping off the watch with optimal functionality and strength is its 200-meter water resistance.

The GBX-100KI-1 is available now at HBX for $235 USD.
