The latest addition to its ongoing “City Series”.

Since adidas Originals released its first Stockholm silhouette in the mid-70s, it’s become somewhat a holy grail for “City Series” collectors. Doused in Sweden’s national colors of rich blue and a vibrant yellow, the Stockholm was one of the first non-sports-related trainers that adidas produced, created solely for casual and lifestyle wear.

Following two GORE-TEX focused Stockholm packs in both 2016 and 2017, adidas Originals finally returns for Fall/Winter 2021 with an updated take on the OG, boasting the same vibrant colorway as it did 50 years ago.

The upper has been updated with a rich suede, while the heel and archetypal three stripes are seen in a striking yellow leather. Complete with gold foil branding on the side wall, the latest addition to the city series sits atop the sneaker’s epochal gumsole.

The adidas Originals City Series Stockholm is set to drop on December 17 and will be available from the HIP webstore from 8am GMT.

In other sneaker news, size? and New Balance are releasing a 550 “Cordura Pack” early next year.
