Monocle to Release ‘Book on the Nordics’
Showcasing the best in Scandinavian culture.

Monocle recently collaborated with A Kind of Guise on a timeless two-piece knitwear capsule that’s a great layering option for the winter season. To follow, the global culture platform has released the latest book highlighting a specific country or region — this time paying visit to Scandinavia.
Similar to Monocle‘s book on Italy and Japan, the publication is packed with content — both from the magazine’s archives, alongside new material that takes you to the pulse of the Nordics. Each section presents a cultural history, exploring Scandinavia’s quiet, yet confident diplomacy, to the native traditions that have manifested across art, design, fashion and beyond. Additionally, the editors have chosen their take on the best dining and hospitality the region has to offer.
Published by Thames & Hudson, The Monocle Book of the Nordics is 240-pages in length and is available to pre-order for $65 USD on Monocle’s website.
