Teejerker Celebrates Bowery Electric With Limited-Edition Capsule
Marking 25 year’s of the cult bands album ‘Beat.’
London-based vintage specialist Teejerker has announced a new release, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of cult shoegaze band Bowery Electric‘s album Beat. The capsule has been created in partnership with band member Lawrence Chandler, and comprises of the first licensed Bowery Electric merch for over 20 years.
The stand-out item in the collection is the T-shirt, which is printed on vintage blanks and features the Beat album artwork on the front and tracklist on the reverse. Additionally, the capsule also includes long-sleeve and a Bowery Electric-branded cap, marking the first time that anything other than T-shirts has been licensed by the band.
The capsule is now live on the Teejerker web store, alongside an interview with Lawrence Chandler.
