Thundercat is celebrating the 10th anniversary of this debut album, The Golden Age of Apocalypse, with a deluxe vinyl release.
Set to drop on Record Store Day Black Friday on November 26, the special release will arrive as a translucent red LP inside a shiny gold mirri board sleeve, which features a large Thundercat logo hologram sticker and gold rainbow holofoil detail. Fans can look forward to the original tracklist and two bonus tracks entitled “$200 TB” and “Daylight (Reprise).”
The Golden Age of Apocalypse was executive produced by Flying Lotus and featured contributions from the likes of Kamasi Washington, Cameron Graves and Ronald Bruner Jr., the late Austin Peralta, Brandon Coleman, Taylor Graves, Hadrien Féraud, Oliver Johnson, Shafiq Husayn, Om’Mas Keith, Chris “Daddy” Dave, Brook “D’Leau” Davis (J*Davey), Miguel Atwood-Ferguson and Erykah Badu.
Thundercat’s The Golden Age of Apocalypse 10th anniversary deluxe LP is exclusively available in record stores on November 26.
