Release Info for Salehe Bembury's Crocs Pollex Clog Collaborations
The “Cucumber” and “Menemsha” colorways will be available via raffle.
After going on a successful collaborative streak with New Balance by reigniting the lifespan of the 2002R and adding hiking-ready whistles to his Yurt 574s, Salehe Bembury is ready to expand his horizons by teaming up with Crocs. On deck, the two parties have various Crocs Pollex Clog colorways ready to launch, all of which have been officially unveiled.
There’s no denying that the popularity of Crocs has skyrocketed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and aside from its Clogs’ ultra cloud-like comfort and easy-on-easy-on access, the brand has strategically aligned with impactful partners in an effort to draw in more consumers. It’s here that Bembury takes things to new heights by completely revamping the mold of the Broomfield imprint’s most favored silhouette. Instead of the traditional upper, the luxury designer makes use of his signature fingerprint pattern to form dramatic concave ridges across the entire base. Various holes are still present atop the toe boxes and on the forefoot to provide wearers with needed breathability. Co-branded hits are debossed into the heel straps for added flair.
“Cucumber” and “Menemsha colorways” will be available via raffle for $85 USD through Crocs from December 14, 2021 at 11am EDT to December 15, 2021 at 11am EDT. Select wholesale retail partners such as Extra Butter will also be carrying them.
