Milk Bar Taps Mariah Carey's Black Irish Cream for a Special Cake Release
A Double Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake made with the cream liqueur.
After launching its weekly drop Holiday Lab series with its Thanksgiving Croissants and CinnaSwirl Pie, Milk Bar‘s “Lab” experimental kitchen, based out of its flagship led by its R&D team has now released a limited quantity cake.
Celebrating Mariah Carey‘s Black Irish cream liqueur brand, the dessert and bakery name has created the Double Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake. The decadent dessert was developed in partnership with Black Irish and focuses on its beloved Salted Caramel flavor. The special double chocolate chip features elements of cheesecake, gooey caramel, coffee milk crumble and caramel frosting.
Priced at $80 USD, the 6-inch (serves 8-12) Double Chocolate Caramel Cream Cake, in celebration of Mariah Carey’s Black Irish cream liqueur, is available from Milk Bar’s Holiday Lab for nationwide shipping.
