A.P.C. Showcases Neutral-Colored Elegance With Its SS22 Collection
Featuring light outerwear, button-down shirts and more.
For the Spring/Summer 2022 season, A.P.C. utilized the monochromatic atmosphere of Le Havre, France, to showcase its new collection. Encapsulated by soft shades of beige and gray from the surrounding concrete, the new collection illustrates the fusion of streetwear and youthful elegance.
The new collection is washed in natural colors like olive green, tan, gray, eggshell and maroon. One of the collection’s monochromatic looks features an olive-green palette and includes a padded jacket in cotton, a terry-cloth buttonless polo and olive-brown Bermuda shorts. Another monochromatic ensemble is doused in tan with a light overcoat, a chambray shirt, Bermuda shorts, a crocodile bag and brown leather sandals. Other menswear pieces include a gray wool button-down, a nautical blue and white striped shirt, a blue floral printed set and a white and blue tye-dye hoodie.
Womenswear garments took on the same neutral palette, like a beige dress with a string neck closure, an eggshell button-down dress, a gold and white striped dress and a maroon polo with striped collar and sleeve details.
