UGG Dips Its CA805 in GORE-TEX for Winter Release
Comfort meets functionality.
After André Leon Talley was revealed as the face of its “Feel” campaign, cozy American footwear aficionados UGG have released a reimagined iteration of its popular CA805 sneaker, updated for the winter months.
Adorned in a fully protective GORE-TEX, the CA805 features a zip fastening down the centre of the upper, alongside a waterproof suede finish. Its soft lining has been crafted using recycled textiles, while a lightweight rubber outsole boasts extra cushioning, beneath UGG’s Treadlite midsole that’s been designed for increased flexibility and comfort.
Dressed in either all-white or all-black colorways, each sneaker is completed with a classic UGG heel tab at the rear, as well as stealthy GORE-TEX branding on the upper.
UGG’s CA805 GORE-TEX sneakers are available to buy now from UGG Japan, retailing at ¥27,500 (approximately $265 USD).
