Vintage Store Weber Drops 'mid90s' T-Shirt Capsule
A nod to Jonah Hill’s directorial debut.
Vintage store Weber has dropped a set of in-house merch that pays homage to Jonah Hill‘s directorial debut Mid90s, an A24 coming-of-age comedy-drama that follows a 13-year-old boy who learns to skateboard in ’90s Los Angeles.
The capsule includes three white T-shirts emblazoned with scenes from the movie as well as its title. Each piece is printed over Fruit Of The Loom T-shirts that sport a semi-loose fit. The first tee shows a print of five of the main cast members sitting on a set of stairs, complemented by a row of text at the bottom of the image. Another T-shirt shows a horizontal picture of four cast members grouped amidst a vast desert. The last piece in the capsule is a tee stamped with the film’s title in a light blue serif font across the chest, for those who prefer more minimal designs.
Weber’s ‘mid90s’ capsule will be available on September 16 at a pop-up dubbed “POP BY JUN” at the Shibuya PARCO, ranging from $38 – $66 USD per piece.
